P.M. Wyoming and running thence South 236.75 feet, thence East
577.5 feet, thence North 236.75 feet, thence West 577.5 feet to the
place of beginning.
Including all water irrigation rights and improvements thereunto
appertaining.
ALSO: subject to granting and sharing in access easements on the
LAURA MERRITT children plots to the North for ingress and egress as
well as sprinkler irrigation water usage.

QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE, Made and entered into this 4/6. day of March, 2014, between
RHONDA D. PENA, of 405 Shelley Ave., City of Shelley, County of Bingham, State of Idaho, the
Party of the First Part, and FAYE E. AND DALE D. AULLMAN, JR., of PO Box 153, City of
Thayne, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH:
That the said Party of the First Part, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN and NO /100
DOLLARS ($10.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATIONS, lawful money of the United
States of America, to them in hand paid by the said Party of the Second Part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, does by these presents demise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said
Party of the Second Part, and to his heirs and assigns all the certain lot, piece, or parcel of land
situated, lying and being in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and described as follows, to-
