KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Cheryl Sutter, Glenda Nelson and
Kaylene McDonald as Trustees of the Eva Mae Fluckiger Revocable Trust, created by trust
agreement dated November 7, 2011, of the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, do
hereby certify that a certain Mortgage, bearing the date of September 5, 2013, which Mortgage
was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on the 6th day of September, 2013, in Book' 819, beginning at Page
732, made and executed by Kurt Cordingly and Loma Cordingly, as Mortgagor, to Cheryl
Sutter, Glenda Nelson and Kaylene McDonald as Trustees of the Eva Mae Fluckiger Revocable
Trust, created by trust agreement dated November 7, 2011, as Mortgagee, conveying certain real
estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of Eighty Thousand Dollars ($80,000.00) as
therein stated, and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to -wit:
That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 25,
Township 32 North, Range 119 West, partly within the Incorporated Limits to the
Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being the intent to more correctly
describe that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book
245 of Photostatic Records on page 160, as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike on the south line of said Southwest Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter, South 89 °48'36" West, 23.93 from the southeast comer of said
Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence South 89 °48'36" West,
130.00 feet, along said south line, to a point; thence North 00 °05'08" East, 240.00
feet to a point; thence North 89 °48'36" East, 130.00 feet, along a line parallel
with said south line, to a point on an existing fence line; thence South 00 °05'08"
West, 240.00 feet, along said fence line, in part, to the SPIKE OF BEGINNING
Being the same property intended to be deeded by Quitclaim Deed recorded
November 28, 2011, in Book 777PR, Page 11 of Lincoln County Records.
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully satisfied, released, and
discharged.
