County Road 137, Afton, Wyoming 83110, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby remises,
releases, and forever quitclaims unto LUCY B. WILKES, TRUSTEE of The Lucy B. Wilkes Living
Trust dated April 4, 2003, 800 County Road 137, Afton, Wyoming 83110, GRANTEE, and her
successors and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property, possession, claim, and demand as
she may have or ought to have in and to all of the following described property, to wit:
That property described in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the Lincoln County,
Wyoming land records in Book 173 PR at Page 643 on March 9, 1981 as Instrument No. 553998.
Attached hereto is a copy of that Warranty Deed.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging.
Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights -of-
way of sight and/or record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
