THE BANK OF STAR VALLEY, organized and existing under the laws of the State of
Wyoming, P.O. Box 8007, Afton, Wyoming 83110, holder of the mortgage executed by AUSTIN
DEVELOPMENT, INC., a Wyoming corporation, P.O. Box 5211, Etna, Wyoming 83118, dated
November 1, 2007, and recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on November 2, 2007
in Book 677 at Page 535, hereby RELEASES FROM THE LIEN of that mortgage real property
described as follows:
FIRST PARCEL: That portion of the property that is described in the property
description titled "DESCRIPTION FOR JOHN RANDALL TRACT attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging.
Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights -of-
way of sight and /or record.
SECOND PARCEL: That portion of the property that is described in the property
description titled "DESCRIPTION FOR LADEAN CLARK LADEAN CLARK TRACT
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging.
Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights -of-
way of sight and /or record.
WITHOUT IMPAIRING THE LIEN of that mortgage on the remaining property, said
remaining property identified as:
The property described in the property description titled "DESCRIPTION FOR AUSTIN
DEVELOPMENT, INC. AUSTIN DEVELOPMENT TRACT attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging.
Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights -of-

BEGINNING at a spike on the north line of said NW1/4SW1/4, S89 55' -43 "E, 896.33 feet, from
the northwest corner of said NW'ASW%, identical with the northeast spike of the Austin
Development Tract as depicted on that plat of record in said Office with Accession No. 937373;
thence S89 55' -43 "E, 135.33 feet, along said north line, to the northwest spike of the LaDean
Clark Tract as depicted on that plat of record in said Office with Accession No. 906091;
thence southerly along the west line of said LaDean Clark Tract as follows:
