COMES RONALD L. McKIM, who, being duly sworn and under oath, states as follows:
1. That in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County
Wyoming on January 22, 2013 in Book 803 at Page 66 as Receiving No. 969115, HOWARD McKIM
reserved for himself a life estate in the real property described therein. A copy of said Warranty Deeds is
attached hereto. The real property described therein is hereafter referenced as the "Property".
2. That HOWARD McKIM died on December 7, 2013. An official copy of the Certificate
of Death issued by the State of Wyoming for HOWARD McKIM is attached hereto.
3. That as a result of the death of HOWARD McKIM, the life estate that he reserved for
himself has terminated and title to the Property is now vested in the names of RONALD L. McKIM,
ROBERT M. McKIM, JAMES H. McKIM, JERRY McKIM, MARTHA ANN CLINES, and MELANIE
WILKES, as tenants in common
4. That this Affidavit is made pursuant to and in compliance with the provisions of
Wyoming Statutes 34 -11 -101.
