QUIT -CLAIM DEED
This Indenture Witnesseth, That Gregory Ellis Shaner, also known as Gregory E. Shaner, and
Coralie Am% haver, also known as Coralie A. Shaner, husband and wife, as tenants by the
entireties as to their one -half undivided interest (which is held as joint tenants with full rights of
survivorship with W. F. Loomis and Cora Loomis, husband and wife, as to the other one -half
undivided interest), Grantors, for no consideration (Zero Dollars),
Convey, Release and Quit Claim to Gregory E. Shaner and Coralie A. Shaner, Co- Trustees
U /D /T dated July 31, 2000, F /B /O The Shaner Revocable Trust, Grantees, whose address is 1304
Lockwood Drive, Lafayette, Indiana 47905 in Tippecanoe County, Indiana, all of their right, title
and interest in and to the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State
of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 310 Lakeview Estates, Incorporated Tract (B) a subdivision of the SW1 /4 of
Section 29, T 37 N, R 118W, of the 6`" P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all covenants, conditions,
restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights -of -way of sight and /or record.
Grantors Certify that, as is shown by the Affidavit recorded contemporaneously with this Deed,
W.F. Loomis (also known as Walter Frank Loomis) died on January 4, 1998 in San Bernardino
County, California and Cora Loomis died on May 13, 2009 in Ogden, Utah (Weber County), thus
extinguishing their joint tenancy with full rights of survivorship and leaving title in Grantors as
husband and wife.
In Witness Whereof, the said grantors have hereunto set their hands, this 0 7 day
