HomeMy WebLinkAbout975645KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that Karma Loertscher, a single person, of Geneva, Bear Lake County, State of Idaho, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant unto the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee its successors and assigns, the perpetual right, privilege and easement over, under, through, upon and across the following described lands, including the right to lay out, construct, inspect, operate and maintain a road, situate in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, to -wit: A STRIP OF LAND sixty (60) feet in width within the NW 1 /4SW 1/4 of Section 21, Township 28 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being thirty (30') feet each side of the centerline of an existing roadway (IGO ROAD), depicted on attachments A and following the described centerline: BEGINNING in said Section 21 at a point N.48 14' -49 "W, a distance of 1,793.34 feet from the Southeast Corner of the North half of the Southwest Quarter (N1 /2SW1 /4); RUNNING THENCE N.85 05' -55 "W, a distance of 281.23 feet, to a point on the easterly right of -way boundary of Highway U.S. 89; for ingress, egress and underground utilities for the benefit of the herein described property owned by Lincoln County, to -wit: The North half of the Northwest Quarter (N1 /2NW1 /4); and the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE1 /4NW1 /4), and the West half of the Northeast Quarter (W1 /2NE1 /4), and the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE1 /4NE1 /4), and the East half of the Southeast Quarter (E1 /2SE1 /4), containing 320 acres, more or less, within Section 21, T28N, R1 19W, 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. hereby releasing and waiving all rights under the homestead laws of the State of Wyoming. Furthermore, pursuant to W.S. 24 -3 -108, Grantor hereby consents to the future establishment of a county road over the above described lands and irrevocably waives any objections to, or claims for damages from, the establishment of a county road over said lands.
