Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, ("Grantee") under a certain Assignment of Rents
executed by The Storehouse, Inc., A Wyoming Corporation, "Grantor dated November 24, 2009,
and recorded on December 7, 2009 in the records of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, as Instrument
No. 950906, in Book (Reel) 737, at Page (Image) 578, does hereby release and reassign to Grantor the
liens, security interests and other rights granted to and held by Grantee under said Assignment of Rents
with respect to ONLY the following described real estate, which is a portion of the real property
described in the Assignment of Rents.
The Real Property Address is commonly known as: 200 Canyon Rd, Diamondville, WY 83116. The Real
Property Tax Identification number is: N /A.

On this 4 day of March, 2014, before me, the undersigned Notary Public, personally appeared Amber
Reinecker and known to me to be the Officer, authorized agent for Wells Fargo Bank, National
Association, a national banking association, that executed the within and foregoing instrument and
acknowledged said instrument to be the free and voluntary act and deed of the said national banking
association, duly authorized by the national banking association through its board of directors or otherwise,
for the uses and purposes therein mentioned, and on oath stated that he or she is authorized to execute this
said instrument.

BEGINNING at a point which bears South 0 °01'26" West, 462.54 feet from Corner No. 3 of said Tract 50 and being on the
tract line between Tracts 52 and 46;
thence South 89 °58'37" East, 448.92 feet to a point;
thence North 86 °21'58" East, 126.06 feet to a point on the westerly boundary of the Replat of the
