KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that JIM DUANE
ALLRED and LYNNE ALLRED, Husband and Wife, Grantors of County of Lincoln,
and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
have hereby remised, released and forever quitclaimed unto KEVIN L. ALLRED
and DENISE M. ALLRED, Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
Grantees, their heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest, property,
possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in or to all the
following described property, to-wit:
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT A
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject,
however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of
record or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.

FOR
KEVIN ALLRED TRACT
A TRACT OF LAND located entirely within the SE1 /4NE1 /4 of Section 26, Township 32 North,
Range 119 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of the Jim
Duane Allred and Lynne Allred property described in that deed of record at Book 410PR, Page 823
in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, and also being part of the Noel N. Allred, Beatrice Allred
Family Trust, dated 14 February 1995, property described in that deed of record at Book 410PR,
Page 812 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk,with boundaries more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING on the south boundary of the SE1 /4NE1 /4 of said Section 26 at a point which is located
S89 °52'29 "W, along mid section line, a distance of 295.62 feet from the East Quarter- Section Corner of
said Section 26; and running
THENCE N0 °32'06 "W, parallel to east section line, a distance of 237.00 feet to a point;
THENCE S89 °52'29 "W a distance of 194.00 feet to a point;
THENCE S0 °32'06 "E, a distance of 237.00 feet to a point on the said mid section line;
THENCE N89 °52'29 "E, along mid section line, a distance of 194.00 feet to the point of beginning;
ENCLOSING an area of 1.06 acres, more or less;
TOGETHER WITH a non exclusive access and underground utilities easement, to be shared with the
Grantors, running from the east boundary of the above described tract to the west edge of the Allred
County Road No. 12 -135, being 40 feet in width, with the centerline thereof described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the east boundary of the the above described tract at a point which
is located N60 °54'30 "W a distance of 340.07 feet from the said East Quarter- Section Corner;
and running
THENCE N89 °52'29 "E a distance of 265.62 feet to the west edge of the said Allred County
Road;
SUBJECT TO easements of sight or of record, including an easement for the West Afton irrigation
sprinkler line and access thereto.
