acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Jacob D. Floyd, GRANTEE, whose
address is 614 Opal Street, Kemmerer, WY 83101, the following described real estate,
situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-
wit:
Lot 5 in Block 55 in the Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof, together with all
buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereto.
Subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight and /or
