Pursuant to the General Continuing Lien provided for in Section VI, Sub Section 4.2 of #199 Ordinance
No. 2010 -01 passed and approved on its third reading dated April 16, 2010; and Section XIV, of #221
Ordinance No. 2013 -03 passed and approved on its third reading dated April 3, 2013; the "Town of
Alpine" hereby executes this Lien Statement for filing in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk,
Kemmerer, Wyoming.

2. Amount of claim: The present amount of the claim is $541.20; the amount may increase as a result
of accruing finance charges, expenses of collection including reasonable attorney fees, lien filings and
future assessments.

5. Legal Description of the Property: The real property against which the lien is claimed is located in
Town of Alpine, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and described as follows:
Lot 32 River View Meadows Addition to the Town of Alpine, within the SE 1 /4 of
Section 30, T37N, R118, according to the plat filed July 2, 1993 as instrument No.
767416, together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereto.
Also known as: 313 Snake River Drive, Alpine, Wyoming 83128.
Subject to reservation and restriction contained in the United State Patent and to
easements and right -of -way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
6. Foreclosure for Failure to Pay the Claim: Pursuant to the Town Ordinances stipulated above, this
lien may be foreclosed and the property sold to pay the claim pursuant to W.S. 34 -4 -101 et seq.
EXECUTED and DATED as of the 17 day of March, 2014.
