For good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, 2010 -1
CRE VENTURE, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, the successor in interest to the
Lender, pursuant to the terms of the that certain Assignment, recorded January 6, 2011 in
Book 760PR at Page 146 in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register
of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, under the Mortgage executed by
Underground Properties, LLC, a Wyoming Flexible Limited Liability Company to the First Bank
of Idaho, fsb, dba First Bank of the Tetons, dated October 1, 2007 and recorded October 5, 2007,
in Book 674PR at Page 740 in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, covering the real property
described in said Mortgage given to secure payment of the note, in the sum of $1,062,500 plus
interest, has ENDORSED said note and does hereby assign, transfer, set over and convey all
right, title and interest in said Mortgage, note and any and all other documents and instruments
evidencing, securing and/or relating to the indebtedness and /or obligations secured by the
Mortgage and all rights accrued under said note and said Mortgage to 2010 -1 CRE ID- OFFICE,
LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, whose address is 2450 Broadway, 6th Floor, Santa
Monica, California, 90404.
