other valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,

releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State, to -wit:
Lot 5 of Burton Family Subdivision, consisting of five (5) lots within GLO
Lot 1 (NE1 /4NE1 /4) Section 6, T32N, Range 117W, and SE1 /4SE1 /4, Section 33,
T33N, Range 119W, 6 P.M., Lincoln County Wyoming. Subject to all rights -of-
way and easements of sight and Lincoln County records including mutual access
for utilities and ingress and egress to and from said property and other lots of the
subdivision and Stump Creek County Road No. 12 -133.
