KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Brad Kennington and Kelly
Kennington, husband and wife, and as Trustees of the Brad S. Kennington and Kelly J.
Kennington dated November 21, 1994, of 1080 Mountain Dell Circle, Afton Wyoming 83110,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, Grantors for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS
AND QUITCLAIM to the Brad S. Kennington and Kelly J. Kennington Family Trust, dated
March 25, 2014, Brad Kennington and Kelly Kennington, Trustees, Grantees, whose address
is 1080 Mountain Dell Circle, Afton, Wyoming 83110, the following described real estate, situated
in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
Parcel 1
Lot 6 of the Twin Cliff Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Parcel 2
Lot 7 of the Twin Cliff Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
SUBJECT TO all covenants, easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations, and
rights -of way of sight or record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming.
With respect to W.S. 34 -2 -122, as amended, Grantors hereby state, represent and warrant
that the said Trust was established by written instrument executed the 12"' day of February, 2014,
that said Trust has never been revoked, and that said instrument transfers upon said Trustees, all
powers set forth in the Uniform Trustees' Powers Act of the Wyoming Statutes.
WITNESS our hands this 25t day of March, 2014.
