FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of Ten Dollars ($1.00) cash in hand paid, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, ORVELLA K. WALKER, Grantor, by these presents, does hereby
quitclaim and convey unto ORVELLA K. WALKER AND HER SUCCESSORS IN TRUST, AS
TRUSTEE OF THE ORVELLA K. WALKER REVOCABLE TRUST dated February 24, 2014,
Grantee, its successors and assigns all of her right, title and interest in and to the following

Right of Way Easement from Merlin J. Price and Joy P. Price, Grantors, to
owners of the lots of Canyon Springs Subdivision, Grantees, recorded June 8,
1983 in Book 201 PR on page 802 of Lincoln County public records.
Said easement for "...the right to lay out, construct, inspect, operate and maintain
a road...also...the right of ingress and egress."
Exclusive Road Easement from Fred W. Price and Ivy C. Price, Grantors, to the
United States of America, Grantee, recorded June 12, 1074 in Book 112PR on
page 403 of Lincoln County public records.
BEING the same property conveyed to Orvella K. Walker from Merlin J. Price
and Joy P. Price, husband and wife, by Warranty Deed dated May 3, 1995 of
record in Book 542 PR Page 344, Lincoln County public records.
This description was taken from a prior deed.
