KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that JOHN RANDALL, a single person,
P.O. Box 5192, Etna, Wyoming 83118, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby remises,
releases, and forever quitclaims unto DALE S. CLARK and JANELLE CLARK, husband and wife, as
tenants by the entireties, P.O. Box 1124, Worland, Wyoming 82401, GRANTEES, and their heirs and
assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property, possession, claim, and demand as he may have or
ought to have in and to all of the following described property, to wit:
See the property description titled "DESCRIPTION FOR LADEAN CLARK LADEAN
CLARK TRACT attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging.
Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights -of-
way of sight and/or record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

being the intent to more correctly describe that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County in Book 86 of Photostatic Records on page 249, as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said NW %.SW'Y4;
thence S00 02' -12 "E, 397.46 feet, along the east line of said. NW' /<SW to a point;
thence S89 58' -41 "W, 304.27 feet, to a point at an existing fence line;
thence N00 02' -08 "W, 326.15 feet, along said fence line, to a point and leave said fence
line;
thence N90 00' -00 "E, 5.00 feet, to a point;
thence N00 05' 43 "E, 71,80 feet, to a spike on the north line of said NW Y4SW1/4;
thence S89 55' -43 "E, 299.10 feet, along said north line, to the CORNER OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 2.77 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the west line of the SW% of Section 11, T35N
R11 9W, being N00 07' -54 "W;
