GRANTORS, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby remise, release, and forever quitclaim unto JOHN
RANDALL, a single person, P.O. Box 5192, Etna, Wyoming 83118, GRANTEE, and his heirs and
assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property, possession, claim, and demand as they may have or
ought to have in and to all of the following described property, to wit:
See the property description titled "DESCRIPTION FOR JOHN RANDALL
RANDALL TRACT attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging.
Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights -of-
way of sight and/or record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

To -wit:
That part of the NW' /4SW% of Section 11, T35N R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being the
intent to more correctly describe that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in
Book 558 of Photostatic Records on page 81, as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike on the north line of said NW1/4SW1/4, S89 55' -43 "E, 896.33 feet, from
the northwest corner of said NW1/4SW1/4, identical with the northeast spike of the Austin
Development Tract as depicted on that plat of record in said Office with Accession No. 937373;
thence S89 55' -43 "E, 135.33 feet, along said north line, to the northwest spike of the LaDean
Clark Tract as depicted on that plat of record in said Office with Accession No. 906091;
thence southerly along the west line of said LaDean Clark Tract as follows:
S00 05' -43 "W, 71.80 feet, to a point;
N90 00' -00 "W, 5.00 feet, to a point;
S00 02' -08 "E, 284.88 feet, to a northeast point of said Austin Development Tract;
thence N88 36' -10 "W, 131.05 feet, along a north line of said Austin Development Tract, to a
point;
thence N00 06' -05 "E, 353.65 feet, along an east line of said Austin Development Tract, to the
SPIKE OF BEGINNING.
ENCOMPASSING an area of 1.07 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the west line of the SW'/ of Section 11, T35N RI19W,
being N00 07' -54 "W;
SUBJECT to an easement for Etna- Forest County Road 12 -112;
each "corner" found as described in the Corner Record filed or to be filed in the Office of the Clerk
of Lincoln County;
each "spike" marked by a 3/8" x 12" steel spike referenced by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod
with 2" aluminum cap inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368 with
appropriate details;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed,
"SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368 with appropriate details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County
