968637 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the Well and Water Use Agreement
recorded August 1, 2013 in Book 817PR on page 62 of the records of the Lincoln
County Clerk.
Together with all other appu tenances and hereditaments and all improvements
ereon and all fixtures of a •-rmanent nature currently on the premises.
