residing at 96 West Village Square Road, Centerville, Utah 84014, hereby CONVEY AND
WARRANT, to the extent provided below, to RIVERA FAMILY INVESTMENTS, LLC
"Grantee with a mailing address of 96 West Village Square Road, Centerville, Utah 84104,
for the sum of Ten and No /100 Dollars ($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration, all
of their interest in and to the following described real property in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming:
LOT TWENTY -ONE (21) in STAR VALLEY RANCH PLAT EIGHT (8) as
platted and recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
SUBJECT TO Reservations, Restrictions and Easements of record, of sight,
or in use.
The Grantors warrant only against encumbrances and defects in title existing at the time
the Grantors took title to the above described real property which were insured by any policy of
title insurance issued to the Grantors. Said warranty shall be limited to the extent of coverage
available under such policy.
