KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Eva LaRue M. Bateman, Trustee of The
Joint Living Trust of Harold F. Bateman and Eva LaRue M. Bateman dated October 3, 1989, of
Bedford, County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, as mortgagee, does hereby certify that a
certain mortgage bearing the date of February 2, 2011, made and executed by Alan L. Motzkus
and Sharan Motzkus, husband and wife, as mortgagor, conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of $63,440.56 as therein stated, which mortgage was
recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming, on February 14, 2011, in Book 762, Page 433, Recording Number 958069, and
mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to -wit:

All lands described in said mortgage.
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged; and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim
unto the said mortgagor, Alan L. Motzkus and Sharan Motzkus, husband and wife, the premises
thereby conveyed and mortgaged.

was signed and sealed on behalf of said trust; that said trustee had the authority under the terms of
the written trust instrument to execute the instrument on behalf of the trust; and said trustee
acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said trust.
