QUITCLAIM DEED
Thomas R. Stuart, Trustee of the Thomas R. Stuart Revocable Trust, U /T /D October 4,
2005, First Amendment December 17, 2007, Second Amendment October 18, 2012,
GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, REMISES, RELEASES
AND FOREVER QUITCLAIMS an undivided 50% tenant in common interest, without rights of
survivorship, in the following described real property to Thomas R. Stuart, Trustee of the
Thomas R. Stuart Revocable Trust, U /T /D October 4, 2005, First Amendment December 17,
2007, Second Amendment October 18, 2012, and any further amendments thereto, and an
undivided 50% tenant in common interest, without rights of survivorship, in the following
described real property to Deborah A. Drastrup, as Trustee of the Deborah Ann Drastrup
Revocable Trust, dated December 22, 2003, and any amendments thereto, collectively the
GRANTEES, whose address is PO Box 1118, Thayne, WY 83127, all right, title, interest, claim
and demand, in and to the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to wit:
Lot 59 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 13, recorded August 10, 1977 at Document Number
496704, Map Number 810, in the Office of the Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.

Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions,
easements, reservations, and rights -of -way of record.
