centerline of said County Road, said point lying on a curve to the right having a radius of 22918.31 feet, from
which point a radial line bears North 87 °33'37" West, and from which point the Northeast corner of said Southeast
Quarter (East one quarter comer), the original stone monument, bears North 89 °55'24" East, 657.05 feet; thence
Southerly 994.81 feet along the arc of said curve and said centerline through a central angle of 2 °29'13 the long
chord of which bears South 3 °41'00" West, 994.73 feet; thence leaving said centerline North 89 °27'30" West,
50.15 feet to a point on said West right -of -way, said point being monumented with a 5/8" X 24" steel bar with 1-
1/2" aluminum cap inscribed "Fred Coles PLS 6927 WC R/W thence continuing North 89 °27'30" West, 1862.26
feet to a point on the West line of said Southeast Quarter, said point being monumented with a 5/8" X 24" steel bar
with 1 -1/2" aluminum cap inscribed "Fred Coles PLS 6927 from which point the Southwest comer of said
Southeast Quarter (South one quarter corner), the original stone monument, bears South 0 °08'21" West, 1664.33
feet; thence North 0 °08'21" East, 971.96 feet along said West line to the point of beginning.
