Treat, in their capacities as Executors and Personal Representatives of the ESTATE OF JOHN P. STRANG (also known as Jack Strang), the address of which is "GRANTOR has TRANSFERRED, ASSIGNED, CONVEYED and QUITCLAIMED, and by these presents do TRANSFER, ASSIGN, CONVEY and QUITCLAIM unto: BISSELL OIL OPERATING CO. The Assignment, Conveyance and Bill of Sale EXCLUDES all of the interests of Grantor (if any) in and to oil, gas and other minerals, royalty in oil, gas and other minerals, and overriding royalty interests in oil, gas and other minerals in and under the lands described on Exhibit "A" hereto. This Assignment, Conveyance and Bill of Sale is made without warranty to title, express or implied and is made by Robert Nardone and Beatrice C. Treat solely in their fiduciary capacities and Executors and Personal Representatives of the Estate of John P. Strang, and not in their individual capacities. This instrument shall be effective for all purposes, including the production of oil and gas, as of February 1, 2014, at 7:00 o'clock A.M., at the location of the property.
