SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
Garold M. Hurley and Pamela Hurley, grantors, of 123 West Sterling Drive,
Bountiful, Utah 84010, hereby convey and warrant against all claiming by, through, or under
them, to Garold M. Hurley and Pamela Hurley, and their successors, as trustees of The Garold
M. Hurley Revocable Trust (as to an undivided 50% interest) and Pamela Hurley and Garold
M. Hurley, and their successors, as trustees of The Pamela Hurley Revocable Trust (as to an
undivided 50% interest), grantees, of 123 West Sterling Drive, Bountiful, Utah 84010, as
tenants in common, for $10 and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of
which are acknowledged, the following- described real property located in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming:
Star Valley Ranch RV Park, Plat 1, Lot 425, as platted and recorded in the official
records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Subject to current general taxes, easements and restrictions of record.
