MINERAL QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS DEED, made this 2- day of March, 2014, between CATHY JO MARX and RON
BARKER, husband and wife, whose legal address is 16909 Hwy 491, Cortez, of the County of Montezuma,
State of Colorado, 81321, Grantors, and Cathy Marx, trustee of the MARX LaBARGE LEGACY TRUST,
dated August 22, 2013, of the County of Montezuma, State of Colorado, whose legal address is 16909 Hwy 491,
Cortez, CO 81321, Grantee
WITNESSETH, that the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of -0- Dollars, Family Transfer,
the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, have remised, released, sold and QUIT CLAIMED,
and by these presents do remise, release, sell and QUIT CLAIM unto the Grantee, its heirs, successors and
assigns, forever, all of their undivided interest in and to the oil, gas and other minerals in and under and that may
be produced from the following described real properties situated in Lincoln County, state of Wyoming, to wit:
TO HAVE AND HOLD the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances and privileges
thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim
whatsoever, of the Grantors, either in law or equity, to the use of the Grantee, its heirs and assigns forever.
