Wiemann, Rex Doornbos, Timberline Associates, LLC and any and all of their predecessors or affiliates, corporations or entities, successors, assigns, insurers, personal representatives, spouses, executors, administrators, attorneys, officers, directors, managers, employees, agents, principals, subcontractors, members and independent contractors (hereinafter "RELEASEES of and from any and all liability for any and all warranty of any kind, either express or implied including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and any and all rights and causes of action of whatsoever kind and nature, resulting from or in any way arising or growing out of, or by reason of, any and all known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen, damages, expenses, costs, losses, liabilities, liens, claims, damage to property, bodily injury, death, loss of consortium, personal, mental, emotional and /or psychological injuries, and any and all other types of damages or loss, and the consequences thereof, which RELEASORS may now or hereafter have resulting or which may or will result or arise out of, directly or indirectly, any act, omission or event occurring or arising from the beginning of time through the date of this Release, including but not limited to, any and all claimed injuries and damages sustained by the RELEASORS resulting from the purchase, use, ownership and investment in the real property, improvements, appurtenances, buildings and fixtures in and upon Lot 2 of Teton Crossings, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as shown on the official plat thereof filed February 2, 2011, as receiving No. 957891, in the office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, Kemmerer, Wyoming. Any and any and all warranties of any kind, either express or implied including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby fully paid, satisfied, released and discharged and in consideration thereof the RELEASORS hereby fully release the RELEASEES. The RELEASORS hereby release and waive any and all rights by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming. DATED: this 28 day of March, 2014.
