consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
WARRANTS to Helen Astle, a married woman, GRANTEE, whose address is Post
Office Box 804, Afton, Wyoming 83110, the following described real estate, situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under
and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 1 of Block 35 of the Glen Kennington Etal Addition to the Town of
Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on the official plat thereof,
recorded as Plat 214.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights -of-
way of record.
