KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Frederic C. Reed, Grantor, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in
hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey,
transfer, assign and deliver unto Frederic C. Reed, Trustee of the Frederic C. Reed Revocable
Trust dated March 26, 1992, as Amended and Restated, P.O. Box 341, Cheyenne, Wyoming
82003, all of Grantor's interest in and to all of the minerals, mineral interest and including coal,
oil and gas and other minerals in and under and that may be produced from the following
described lands situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, as follows:
All that portion of the most northerly forty acres, more or less, of Tract numbered 129,
resurvey of Township 25 North, Range 119 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian,
Wyoming, lying and being east of the right -of -way of the Oregon Short Line Railroad
(Union Pacific System), formerly described as the SW1/4SW of Section 21, Township
25 North, Range 119 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Wyoming, more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at corner No. 1 of said Tract 129
and running thence South 0 °16' East 20.43 chains, thence North 89 °53' West to the
Easterly boundary line of the right -of -way of the Oregon Short Line Railroad (Union
Pacific System); thence running in a northwesterly direction along said right -of -way
boundary to a point on the North boundary of said Tract 129; thence South 80 °53' East to
Corner No. 1 of said Tract 129, the place of beginning.

All of that portion of Tract Numbered Seventy -Six in Township Twenty -Five (25) North,
Range One Hundred Nineteen (119) West of the 6 P.M. lying and being and situated
east of the east line of the Right of Way of the Oregon Short Line Railroad Company,
Union Pacific System, according to the resurvey and known and described under the
original survey thereof as being approximately the whole of the Northwest Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter (NW1/4SW /4) of Section twenty -two (22), Township Twenty -five (25)
North, Range One Hundred Nineteen (119) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, and
containing 40 acres, more or less as varies the survey thereof. EXCEPTING
approximately 3.31 acres conveyed to Lincoln County by deed dated March 30, 1935 and
recorded December 17, 1937 in Book 21 of Deeds at Page 60, for highway purpose and
which portion lies on the easterly portion of said hereinabove- described land.
Together with the right to ingress and egress at all times for the purpose of drilling, exploring,
mining, operating and developing said lands for oil, gas and other minerals and mining and
storing, holding, transporting, and marketing the same therefrom.
Together with all rights and privileges thereto, and expressly including all after acquired title.
Subject to all reservations, easements, covenants, rights of way and encumbrances and
indebtedness of record, if any.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF Frederic C. Reed has hereunto set his hand and seal this
day of April, 2014. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
