Reed Revocable Trust under trust agreement dated December 26, 1991, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to, Frederic C. Reed, Grantee, as Trustee of the Frederic C. Reed Revocable Trust dated March 26, 1992, as amended, whose address is P.O. Box 341, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82003, the following described real property, including all mineral rights situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, described as follows, to wit: All that portion of the most northerly forty acres, more or less, of Tract numbered 129, W r- resurvey of Township 25 North, Range 119 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, o n o Wyoming, lying and being east of the right -of -way of the Oregon Short Line Railroad (Union Pacific System), formerly described as the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 21, Township c 25 North, Range 119 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Wyoming, more particularly "o C described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at corner No. 1 of said Tract 129 rn and running thence South 0 °16' East 20.43 chains, thence North 89 °53' West to the u, m Easterly boundary line of the right -of -way of the Oregon Short Line Railroad (Union Pacific System); thence running in a northwesterly direction along said right -of -way rn 4.A. o boundary to a point on the North boundary of said Tract 129; thence South 80 °53' East to v o C orner No. 1 of said Tract 129, the place of beginning. -4 o and D rn 3 All of that portion of Tract Numbered Seventy -Six in Township Twenty -Five (25) North, ui Range One Hundred Nineteen (119) West of the 6 P.M. lying and being and situated east of the east line of the Right of Way of the Oregon Short Line Railroad Company, Union Pacific System, according to the resurvey and known and described under the --n original survey thereof as being approximately the whole of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW' SW' /4) of Section twenty -two (22), Township Twenty -five (25) North, Range One Hundred Nineteen (119) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, and containing 40 acres, more or less as varies the survey thereof.
