k tract of land located entirely within the Southeast Quarter Northeast quarter of Section 26, Township 32 North,
Zange 119 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being the remainder portion of the
Noel N. Allred, Beatrice Allred family Trust, dated 14 February 1995, property described in that deed of record at
3ook 410PR, Page 812 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, with boundaries more particularly described as
ollows:
3eginning at the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter Northeast quarter (also known as the East Quarter
iorner) of said Section 26; and running thence South 89 °5229" West, along the South boundary of the said
Southwest Quarter Northeast Quarter, a distance of 295.62 feet to a point identical with the Southeast corner of the
Kevin L. Allred and Denise M. Allred property tract;
Thence North 0 °32'06" West, along the East boundary of the said Kevin L. Allred and Denise M. Allred property
tract, a distance of 109.53 feet to a point;
Thence North 89 °52'29" East a distance of 97.00 feet to a point;
Thence North 0 °32'06" West a distance of 56.47 feet to a point on the centerline of the access and underground
.rtilities easement described below;
Thence North 89 °52'29" East, along the said easement centerline and a prolongation thereof, a distance of 198.62
Feet to a point of intersection with the East section line of Section 26;
Thence South 0 °32'06" East, along section line, a distance of 166.00 feet to the point of beginning;
Together with and Subject to a non exclusive access and underground utilities easement, to be shared with the
adjoining properties to the North and West, running from the East boundary of the above said Kevin L. Allred and
Denise M. Allred property tract to the West edge of the Allred County Road No. 12 -135, being 40 feet in width,
with the centerline thereof described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East boundary of the last said tract at a point which is located North 60 °54'30" West a
distance of 340.07 feet from the said East quarter- Section Corner; and running thence North 89 °5229" East a
listance of 265.62 feet to the West edge of the said Allred County Road.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
