SCHEDULE A
A tract of land located entirely within the Southeast Quarter Northeast quarter of Section 26, Township 32
North, Range 119 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being the remainder
portion of the Noel N. Allred, Beatrice Allred family Trust, dated 14 February 1995, property described in that
deed of record at Book 4101'R, Page 812 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, with boundaries more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter Northeast quarter (also known as the East Quarter
Corner) of said Section 26; and running thence South 89 °52'29" West, along the South boundary of the said
Southwest Quarter Northeast Quarter, a distance of 295.62 feet to a point identical with the Southeast corner
of the Kevin L. Allred and Denise M. Allred property tract;
Thence North 0 °32'06" West, along the East boundary of the said Kevin L. Allred and Denise M. Allred
property tract, a distance of 109.53 feet to a point;
Thence North 89 °52'29" East a distance of 97.00 feet to a point;
Thence North 0 °32'06" West a distance of 56.47 feet to a point on the centerline of the access and underground
utilities easement described below;
Thence North 89 °52'29" East, along the said easement centerline and a prolongation thereof, a distance of
