MONK (aka Norma Belmont Monk), deceased, Grantors, to C &N MONK ESTATES, LLC, grantee of 282$ East Canyon Rd., Spanish Fork, Utah 84660. WHEREAS, Grantors are the qualified Personal Representatives of said Estate, filed as Probate Number 133400726 in the Fourth District Judicial District Court Probate Division in and for Utah County, State of Utah (attached find the Letters Testamentary issued by the Fourth Judicial District Court). THEREFORE, for valuable consideration received, Grantor 1- 1 conveys to the Grantee all of the interest owned by the deceased in the following oil, gas and mineral interest in Lincoln County, Wyoming: See Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein.
