PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S MINERAL DEED
THIS DEED is made by LORI WARNER and VINCE MONK as Personal
Representatives of the Estate of NORMA K.B. MONK (aka Norma Belmont
Monk), deceased, Grantors, to C &N MONK ESTATES, LLC, grantee of
282$ East Canyon Rd., Spanish Fork, Utah 84660.
WHEREAS, Grantors are the qualified Personal Representatives
of said Estate, filed as Probate Number 133400726 in the Fourth
District Judicial District Court Probate Division in and for Utah
County, State of Utah (attached find the Letters Testamentary
issued by the Fourth Judicial District Court).
THEREFORE, for valuable consideration received, Grantor
1- 1 conveys to the Grantee all of the interest owned by the deceased in
the following oil, gas and mineral interest in Lincoln County,
Wyoming:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein.

EXHIBIT A
The south half of the southeast quarter, the northwest quarter of
the southeast quarter, and the south half of the southwest quarter
of Section 4; the south half of the southwest quarter, the
northwest quarter of the southwest quarter, the southwest quarter
of the northwest quarter of Section 10; also 80 acres in the east
half of the northeast quarter of Section 9; and a portion of the
west half of the northeast quarter of Section 9, containing 40
acres, more or less, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the north quarter- corner of said Section 9, and
running east on Section Line one fourth of a mile to the northeast
corner of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section
9, running thence south on Quarter Quarter- Section Line one -half
mile to the southeast corner of the southwest quarter of the
northeast quarter of Section 9, thence running in a northwesterly
direction on a straight line to the north quarter- corner of Section
9, the point of beginning. Total area 480 acres, more or less, all
in Township 19 North, Range 112 West of the 6th Principal Meridian.
Together with the perpetual right of ingress and egress to and from
said land for the purpose of drilling, exploring, and mining, and
in every way operating for such oil, gas, and minerals and removing
the same.
And together with the rights of the grantor in and to that certain
Oil and Gas Lease, dated April 3rd, 1952, by and between the
grantor, as the lessor, and Max L. Kruegar, as the lessee, all of
which rights are hereby assigned by the grantor herein to the
grantee herein.
