e HOMESALES, INC., a Delaware Corporation (the "Grantor with an address of 1400 E.
Newport Center Dr., Deerfield Beach, Florida 33442, for good and valuable consideration in
hand paid, does hereby GRANT, SELL AND CONVEY unto WAYNE E. BOWERS AND
KELLEY L. BOWERS, HUSBAND AND WIFE, "Grantee with an address of P.O. Box
5418, Etna, Wyoming 83118, all of the real estate situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, as
described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
TOGETHER WITH all right, privileges, appurtenances, and hereditaments appertaining thereto
or belonging thereunto and all improvements affixed thereto,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the herein described property unto the Grantee, and the Grantee's
heirs and assigns,
SUBJECT TO all matters set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof.
AND Grantor does hereby bind itself and its successors and assigns to SPECIALLY
WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND the property described herein, unto said Grantee and
Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns, against all persons who may lawfully claim the same
when the claim is by, through, or under Grantor but not otherwise.
