located at 97 Buckskin Way, in Etna, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
That real property described in the Warranty Deed recorded in the land records of Lincoln County,
Wyoming on November 25, 1998 in Book 422 at Page 72 as Instrument No. 855033 in the Office of the
Lincoln County Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto.
Together with all improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise pertaining
thereunto.
Subject, however, to all covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions, easements, and rights -of-
way of record, of sight, or in use.
