Lindberg, Trustee, of 2729 Hwy 241, Afton, WY 83110 as Grantee, the non exclusive perpetual right to use that certain Right -of -Way Easement for access to Grantees' property for the following purposes: 2. Conditions of this Easement. Purpose of Easement: This Assignment of Easement is granted for the sole purpose of providing access to Grantees' property across the hereinafter described easement, including the right of ingress and egress over and across said easement. a. Description of Easement: That certain Right -of -Way Easement as more fully described in the Right -of -Way Easement dated June 28, 1989 Recorded July 3, 1989 in Book 275 PR at Page 163 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk. 5. Binding Effect: The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding upon andto the benefit of the heirs, successors in interest, and assigns of the parties named in this instrument provided however that this easement is limited to the property as described in Paragraph 3 hereof.
