ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHT -OF -WAY EASEMENT
Terry Allred and Doyle Allred, Grantors, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby GRANT and ASSIGN to the Wilton Lindberg
Family Living Trust, Dated April 28` 2010, Wilton J. Lindberg, Trustee, of 2729 Hwy 241,
Afton, WY 83110 as Grantee, the non exclusive perpetual right to use that certain Right -of -Way
Easement for access to Grantees' property for the following purposes:

attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.

Assignment of Easement
1. Purpose of Easement: This Assignment of Easement is granted for the sole
purpose of providing access to Grantees' property across the hereinafter described
easement, including the right of ingress and egress over and across said easement.
a. Grantees may use the described easement for the sole purpose of ingress and
egress and providing access to the property described herein.
b. This easement is a non exclusive perpetual easement and the Grantors reserve
the right to assign this easement over the same described property and further
m W V reserve the right to use the easement for their own uses as well as the uses of

m z o c. Grantors reserve the right to use this easement for any and all uses that do not
v o interfere with the rights granted herein.

o N e. This easement is limited to the Grantees and its invitees, successors and
rn assigns above described and is not intended to create any easement to the
C m public or any governmental entity and is intended for the sole and exclusive
s 03 use of providing an access easement to the Grantees, and its invitees,

m 3. Property Benefitted by Easement: This easement is for the benefit of the
following described property of Grantee in Lincoln County, Wyoming described as

4. Description of Easement: That certain Right -of -Way Easement as more fully
described in the Right -of -Way Easement dated June 28, 1989 Recorded July 3, 1989
in Book 275 PR at Page 163 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk.
5. Binding Effect: The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding upon
andto the benefit of the heirs, successors in interest, and assigns of the parties
named in this instrument provided however that this easement is limited to the
property as described in Paragraph 3 hereof.

Sherry Lindberg and Laurie Sue .[VIiguaiio, Grantors, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and. other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM to the Wilton .Lindberg Family Living
Trust, dated April 28 2010, Wilton J. Lindberg, Trustee, Grantee, whose address is 2729 State Hwy.
241, Afton, WY 83110 their interest in the following described real estate, situated. in Lincoln County and
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to -wit:
Parcel 1 Upper Ranch Property
That property as described on that certain 'Warranty Deed attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and by this
reference made a part hereof.
TOGETHER WITH all water, water rights, ditches and ditch rights and other appurtenances
thereunto belonging.
SUBJECT TO all easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and rights-of-way of sight or
record.
T OGETII.ER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
With respect to W.S. 34 -2 -122, as amended, Grantors hereby states, represents anti. warrants that
the sa :icl. Trust was established by written instrument executed the
Trust has never been revoked, and that said instrument transfers upon said Trustees, all powers set forth in
the Uniform. Trustees' Powers Act of die Wyoming Statutes.

Also commencing at a point the Northeast corner Of the Southwest Quarter of
Section seven (7) in Township thirty-one North of Ril8W of the 6th P.M. and
running thence West six (6) rods; thence South one hundred. sixty (160) rods;
thence East eleven (11) rods; thence North one hundred sixty (160) rods to the
place of beginning, containing eight and one-half (8.5) acres of land more or
