Wilton Lindberg Family Living Trust, Dated April 28 2010, Wilton J. Lindberg,
Trustee, Grantor, of 2729 Hwy 241, Afton, WY 83110, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, GRANT AND CONVEY to Terry Allred, Grantee, the
following described non- exclusive perpetual irrigation pipeline easement for the following purposes:

1. Purpose of Easement. This easement is granted for the sole purpose of providing
an easement for an irrigation pipeline, including the right to lay out, construct,
operate and maintain an irrigation pipeline, including the right to access said
irrigation pipeline easement for the purpose of maintenance and repair of said
irrigation pipeline easement over and across said easement.
2. Conditions of the Easement. The conditions of this easement are:
a. Grantees may use the described easement for the sole purpose of an irrigation
pipeline easement including the right to lay out, construct, operate and
maintain the same for the use of themselves, successors and assigns over the
easement hereinafter described.
b. This easement is a non- exclusive perpetual irrigation pipeline easement and
the Grantor reserves the right to grant additional easements over the same
described property, provided however, any additional easements shall not
interfere with the rights granted to Grantees in this easement.
c. Grantor reserves the right to use the easement for all uses that do not interfere
with the rights granted herein.
d. The irrigation pipeline easement shall include the right to construct, maintain,
improve, and repair the irrigation pipeline or other related improvements
necessary to effectuate said irrigation easement and Grantee shall be
responsible for restoring the easement by reseeding any disturbed areas not
actually used for the purpose of said irrigation pipeline.
e. The within easement grant is intended to be an easement running with the
land which it serves and shall be perpetual so long as it is used for irrigation
pipeline easement purposes.
f. This easement is limited to the Grantees above described and is not intended
to create any easement to the public or any governmental entity and is
intended for the sole and exclusive use of providing an irrigation pipeline
easement to the Grantees.
3. DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT. The easement is described as follows:
That parcel of property as more fully described on Exhibit "A -1" and "A -2 a copy
of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
4. BINDING EFFECT. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding
upon and enure to the benefit of the heirs, successors in interest, and assigns of the
parties named in this instrument provided however that this easement is limited to
the property as described in Paragraph 3 hereof.

thence N89 54' -27 "W, 106.73 feet, along the north line of said NE1/4SW1/4, to a position
at a fence corner;
thence S00 37' -15 "W, 644.0 feet, along an existing fence line, to a position;

thence S89 16' -18 "E, 128.27 feet, along the north line of said NW' /SE'/L, to a position;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the east line of the SW1/4 of Section 7, T31N
Ri 18W, being S00 37' -10 "W;
RESERVING unto the Grantors, their heirs, successors and assigns a perpetual right of
ingress a.nd. egress and utilities over, under, and across the above describecl.ea.sements;
the southerly and easterly right- of-way lines of the above described easements to be
shortened or lengthened as necessary to create a continuous easement with a minimum
width of ten (10) feet;
