subdivision of the State of Wyoming, Grantor, in consideration of ten dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
WARRANTS to the State of Wyoming, Military Department, Grantee, its successors and assigns
forever, the following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
See Exhibits A and B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Subject to any easements, reservations, covenants, restrictions, and rights of way of sight or
record.
