QUIT CLAIM DEED
GRANTORS, David C. Dahlberg and Michelle Dahlberg, husband
and wife, of 1225 S. Highline Drive, Idaho Falls, County of
Bonneville, State of Idaho, 83401, for good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby REMISE, RELEASE, and forever QUITCLAIM,
unto Rand Olsen and Beverlee Olsen, husband and wife, whose
mailing address is P.O. Box 1505, Idaho Falls, State of Idaho
83405, as GRANTEES and to Grantees' heirs and assigns forever, all
of the property described as follows:
Lot Fifty -Five (55) of Star Valley Ranch Plat Eight (08)
as Map Number 180, Recorded August 4, 1971 as Document
Number 432466 in the Office of the Clerk, Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
TOGETHER with all furnishings, fixtures, improvements, water,
water rights, mineral rights, ditches, ditch rights, easements,
tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto subscribed their
names to this instrument this 1112 day of April, 2014.
