HomeMy WebLinkAbout976331QUITCLAIM DEED Neal Stewart Colley and Judy LaVerne Colley, husband and wife, Grantors, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming for the consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby CONVEY and QUITCLAIM to Call Ready Mix and Lumber, Inc., a Wyoming Corporation, Grantee, all interest in the following described real property, situate in the County of Lincoln, in the State of Wyoming, to -wit: Lot 111 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 21, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on the Official Plat thereof recorded October 22, 1982, at document number 586332 and map number 284, in the Office of the Clerk, in Lincoln County, Wyoming. Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way.
