grantor(s) of Afton, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars and Other Good and Valuable
Consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do(es) Convey and Warrant To

in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
The Arlo Robert Miller and Dianne M. Miller property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with Document No.
863662, in Book 440PR, on Page 476, and with Document No. 86371, in Book 440PR, on Page 720, all with the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, located within the Southwest Quarter Southeast Quarter and the
Northwest Quarter Southeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 32 North, Range 119 West, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, the Boundary and Encumbrances being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Marlowe A. Scherbel PLS 5368, 1994 location for the Southwest Corner of said Northwest
Quarter Southeast Quarter of said Section 24;
Thence North 89 °51'54" East, along the South line of said Northwest Quarter Southeast Quarter of said Section 24,
330.00 feet to the Southwest corner of said Miller property, as referred to in said Deed recorded in said Book
440PR, on Page 720, with said Office;
Thence North 0 °36'00" West, along the West line of last said Miller property, 135.59 feet to a point in the South
line of the Lincoln County School District No. 2 property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with Document No.
824279, in Book 386PR, on Page 604, with said Office (AKA Rulon Gardner Avenue);
Thence North 89 °51'54" East, along said South line, 60.00 feet to the North Northwest corner of the Starke
property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with Receiving No. 912178, in Book 599PR, on Page 62, with said
Office;
Thence South 0 °36'00" East, along the West line of said Starke property, 135.59 feet to a point in the North line of
said Southwest Quarter Southeast Quarter of said Section 24;
Thence South 89 °51'54" West, along said North line, 23.40 feet to the South Northwest corner of said Starke
property;
Thence South 0 °36'16" East, along the West line of said Starke property, and the West line of the Smith property,
as referred to in the Deed recorded with Document No. 902581, in Book 566PR, on Page 395, with said Office,
951.12 feet;
Thence South 89 °58'00" West, along the South line of said Miller property, as referred to in said Deed recorded
with Document No. 863662, in Book 440PR, on Page 476, 366.95 feet to a point in the East line of the Southeast
Quarter Southwest Quarter of said Section 24;
Thence North 0 °35'02" West, along said East line, 950.46 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
