NOTICE OF SATISFACTION OF LIEN (UNCONDITIONAL)
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That on the 30th day of May 2012,
Coyote Hills Homeowner's Association whose address is P.O. Box 4171, Bedford, Wyoming,
CIO Sandy Stewart, filed in the records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, a Lien Statement pursuant
to Wyoming Statutes, Title 29, Chapters 1 and 3, giving notice that it claimed a lien on the
following- described land.
ADDRES ougar Lane, Bedford, Lincoln County, Wyoming
LEGAL P SCRIPTION: Lot Number 6, Coyote Hills Subdivision as
described on the official plat filed on August 16, 2001 with the clerk of
Lincoln County, Wyoming as instrument number 875323.
That Coyote Hills Homeowner's Association now disclaims this Lien which was recorded
on the 30th day of May 2012, as Instrument #964809 in the records of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, and states that this lien is hereby unconditionally released.
