Paul J Picerno and Teri L Picerno,
Husband and Wife as Joint Tenants,

Wyoming more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said Lot 9;

Wyoming, lying Southeasterly of the Southeasterly boundary of the those lands conveyed to the Town of
Diamondville as recorded in Book 743PR on Page 337 in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Said portion of Lot Number 8 being more particularly described by meets and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the Southerly most corner of said Lot 8 of the Hillcrest East Subdivision to the Town of
Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming, where is found an aluminum cap monument (ACM);
Thence North 17°13'25" West, along the Westerly boundary of said Lot 8, a distance of 41.93 feet to the angle
point on the Westerly boundary of said Lot 8 where is found an ACM;
Thence North 46 °38'04" West (North 46 °46'09" West record), continuing along the Southwesterly boundary of
said Lot 8, a distance of 4.14 feet to the Southerly most point of that parcel of land conveyed to the Town of
Diamondville as recorded in Book 743PR on Page 337 in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming;
Thence North 61 °40'07" East (North 61 °32'02" East record), along the Southeasterly boundary of said
Diamondville Parcel, a distance of 104.38 feet to a point on the Northeasterly boundary of said Lot 8;
Thence South 16°11'52" East, along the Easterly boundary of said Lot 8, a distance of 13.49 feet to the Easterly
most corner of said Lot 8, where is found an ACM;
Thence South 45 °16'05" West, along the Southeasterly boundary of said Lot 8, a di of 112.91 feet to the
point of beginning of this description.

That portion of Lot Number 8 of the Hillcrest East Subdivision to the Town of Diamonville, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, lying Northwesterly of the Northwesterly boundary of those lands conveyed to the Town of
Diamondville as recorded in Book 743PR on Page 337 in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming,
and lying Southeasterly of those lands conveyed to Anthony Lindgren as recorded in Book 736PR on Page 590 in
the office of said Clerk. Said portion of Lot Number 8 being more particularly described by meets and bounds as
follows:

Commencing at the Southerly most corner common to Lots 8 and 9 of Block 1 of the Hillcrest East Subdivision to
the Town of Diamondville, where is found an aluminum cap monument (ACM) and from which the Easterly most
corner common to Lots 8 and 9 of said Block 1, where is found a rebar with no cap, bears North 18 °55'59" East, a
distance of 66.11 feet;
Thence South 46 °38'04" East along the Southwesterly boundary of said Lot 8, a distance of 15.50 feet to the Point
of Beginning of this description, said point being the Southerly most corner of that parcel of land previously
conveyed from Jerre Jackson and Beverly J. Jackson, Husband and Wife, to Anthony Lindgren as recorded in
Book 736PR on Page 590 in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming;
Thence continuing South 46 °38'04" East along the Southwesterly boundary of said Lot 8, a distance of 2.56 feet, to
the Westerly most corner of that parcel of land previously conveyed from Glen L. Roberts and Dorie T. Roberts,
Trustees of Glen L. Roberts Living Trust to the Town of Diamondville as recorded in Book 743PR on Page 337 in
said Clerk's office;
Thence North 61°39'54" East (North 61°32'02" East record), along the Northwesterly boundary of said
Diamondville parcel, a distance of 105.57 feet, to a point on the Northeasterly boundary of said Lot 8, said point
also being the Northerly most corner of said Diamondville parcel;
Thence North 46 °37'16" West, along the Northeasterly boundary of said Lot 8, a distance of 35.78 feet to the
Easterly most comer of said Lindgren parcel;
Thence South 43 °19'41" West (South 43 °23'33" West record), along the Southeasterly boundary of said Lindgren
parcel, a distance of 100.24 feet (99.95 feet record) to the point of beginning of this description.
