existing irrigation pipeline;
thence N89 34.4'E, 1332.70 feet, along said pipeline, to a point on the east line of GLO

thence S00 11.2'E, 1433.83 feet, along said east line and along the east line of the
SW' /4NW'/4 of said Section 3, to the southeast corner of said SW'/aNW' /4;
