THAT THE UNDERSIGNED, HOOVER STACY, INC., whose address is P.O. Box 2328, Cheyenne,
Wyoming 82003 -2328, hereinafter called "Assignor for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby sell, assign, transfer and set over to BreitBurn Management
Company LLC, whose address is 8400 E. Prentice Ave., Suite 1500, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, hereinafter
called "Assignee all of Assignor's right, title and interest in and to that certain oil and gas lease dated July 3,
2013, from Russell David Marland, a single man, lessor, to Hoover Stacy, Inc., lessee, recorded in Book 822, at
Page 101, insofar as said lease covers the following described land in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming:
Township 20 North, Range 112 West, 6th P.M.
Section 18: Lot 4(48.25)
and containing 48.25 acres, more or less. This Assignment is made without warranty of title either express or implied.
TO HAVE AND HOLD unto the said Assignee, its successors, legal representatives and assigns forever.
EXECUTED this 28 day of March, 2014, but effective the 4th day of July, 2013.
