BEGINNING AT A POINT WHICH IS
LOCATED 125 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SE1/4 OF
SAID SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 31 NORTH, RANGE 119 WEST, 6TH P.M.,
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, AND RUNNING THENCE SOUTH 117 FEET;
THENCE S 89 °32'50" W, 372 FEET; THENCE NORTH 117 FEET; THENCE N
89 °32'50" E, 372 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
