This Deed, made this (n day of )l/ c 2014, between Ralph Hinson and Samantha Hinson,
husband and wife, party of the first part
Party of the second part, whose address is: 120 E. Escalones, San Clemente, CA 92672
Witnesseth: That the said party of the first party, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and Other Good and Valuable Considerations to the said party of the first part acknowledged, has granted,
bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and confirm unto the said
party of the second party, his heirs and assigns, forever, the following described real property situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming to wit:
Lots 6 and 7 of Block 1 of the Town of LaBarge, formerly Tulsa, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof
Known as: 140 South Blake Street
LaBarge, WY 83123
Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise
appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof,
and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever of the said party of the first part, either
in law or equity, of, in and to the above bargained premises, with the hereditaments and appurtenances; To
have and To Hold the said premises above bargained and described with appurtenances, unto Roger A.
Schanzenbach, the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever.
Subject to all covenants, restrictions, reservations, easements, conditions and right appearing of record; and
subject to any state of facts an accurate survey would show.
And the said party of the first part, for their successors, covenants and agrees to and with the party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns, against all and every person or person lawfully claiming or to claim the
whole or any party thereof, by, through or under the said party of the first part, to Warrant and forever
defend.
