Douglas S. Weston and Bonnie Weston, husband and wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
Grantors, of 1011 Pine Avenue, Kemmerer, Wyoming, hereby CONVEYS and QUITCLAIMS
to Douglas S. Weston and Bonnie M. Weston, as Trustees, or our successors in trust, under the
Douglas S. Weston and Bonnie M. Weston Family Trust Agreement, dated May 7, 2014, and any
amendments thereto, Grantee, of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, for the sum
of TEN DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($10.00), the following described property located at 1011
Pine Ave., Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, more particularly described as:
Lots 13 and 14 of Block 51 of the Second Addition to the Town of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official
plat thereof.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants,
exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of record, in sight, or in use.
