DOES HEREBY CERTIFY, that a certain Indenture of Assignment of Rents, bearing the date the
12th day of September, 2007 made and executed by WJW Holdings LLLP, a North Dakota limited
liability limited partnership, Mortgagors, to First International Bank Trust, Mortgagee, covering and
describing:
recorded in the office of the County Clerk in and for the Lincoln County and the State of Wyoming,
Receiving 933474, Book 673 Page 441 on the 26 day of September, 2007 together with the
indebtedness described in and secured by said assignment of rents, fully paid and satisfied, and the
County Clerk of the said County is hereby authorized and directed to discharge the said assignment of
rents upon the records thereof, according to the stature in such case made and provided.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said corporation has caused these presents to be executed in
its corporate name by it authorized officers this 8 day of May, 2014.
