Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT TO:
Grantees, whose mailing address is 1325 Central Avenue, Kemmerer, WY 83101, the following
described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State to -wit:
A parcel of land located sin Block 1 of the Fairview Addition to the Town of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming more particularly describe as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast Corner of Lot 22 of Block 1 of said Fairview Addition
and running thence West, a distance of 240.00 feet to the Northwest Corner of Lot
17 of said Block 1;
Thence North, a distance of 140.0 feet;
Thence East, a distance of 240.00 feet;
Thence South, a distance of 140.0 feet to the Northeast Corner of said Lot 22 to the
point of beginning
Together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to any and all easements, reservations, restrictions and right -of -ways of record, of sight or
in use.
