Box 102, Opal, WY 83124, the Grantee; That the grantor does, by these presents, hereby CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said grantee, all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and more particularly described as: Township 20 North, Range 112 West, 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming Section 18: E1/2, and that part of the E1/2W1/2 and Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 lying north and east of the Union Pacific right of way Township 20 North, Range 113 West, 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming Section 13: That part of the N1/2 and SE1 /4 lying north and east of the Union Pacific right of way Together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights of way of record, of sight or in use.
