WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE is made the 4Wday of 2014, by and between Alta
Land Cattle LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Com any, the Grantor, and Haslem
Land Company LLC, whose address is: P.O. Box 102, Opal, WY 83124, the Grantee;
That the grantor does, by these presents, hereby CONVEY AND WARRANT unto
the said grantee, all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and more particularly described as:
Township 20 North, Range 112 West, 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
Section 18: E1/2, and that part of the E1/2W1/2 and Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 lying north and
east of the Union Pacific right of way
Township 20 North, Range 113 West, 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
Section 13: That part of the N1/2 and SE1 /4 lying north and east of the Union Pacific
right of way
Together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereto
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and
rights of way of record, of sight or in use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be signed by
its duly authorized Officer, the day and year first above written.
On this J day of �i 2014, before me personally appeared Stuart J. Hickman,
to me personally known, o being by me duly sworn, did say that he is the Manager of
Alta Land Cattle LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, and that said
instrument was signed, acknowledged and is the Limited Liability Company's free act
and deed.
